GENERAL ART֎ I do not do due dates, my art process can be slow at times and you must be sure you can handle waiting for a while.Additionally, I take often breaks from owed art as I want to make sure when I do make said owed art its up to my personal standards, so if you see me drawing other projects its not that I do not care for your commission moreso, I cannot seem to focus at the time on that project and am waiting to find the time to focus. When I am able to I try my best to finish it as soon as I can.֎ I refuse to draw-Xenophobic art

-Artwork that promotes religion or spirituality֎ I can redo parts of the drawing for free if I missed a detail but if you want a complete redo or add something new to it once I'm done it'll cost extra depending on how much needs to be changed.֎ I have the right to reject your commission request.֎ If you plan to commission me and use my work for commercial use please do discuss that with me. The price will be heightened if planning to use my work in that way.֎ If planning to repost my work please do credit me via @ or linking my social media.

֎ For OTAS [ offer to adopts ] they usually stay open within 3-4 days, sometimes longer if I don't get an offer I'm interested in.
֎ When offering money please make sure to keep it in one reply chain if someone else is also offering money.OWNERSHIP֎ You can resell however you'd like.
֎ Reselling traded characters is ok too.
֎ Free/gifted characters can be traded, but cannot be resold unless extra art is added.

֎ Please do not trade any designs of mine to people listed on my blacklist, it would be highly appreciated if you would check it before trading or selling a design of mine.EDITS֎ You can redesign as much as you like, even overhauling the entire design. I do not care at all.
֎ You may draw over and edit the original design/drawing.
֎ Whitewashing/redesigning a poc design to be caucasian/white is not encouraged, I can't stop you but this def will get you blacklisted.
BASES֎ My bases are for personal use and for adopting making, under no circumstance may you use these bases for commercial use outside of adopting making/design selling. An example of commercial use would be using my base to design a character for a show/series for a network/studio, or using my base to make products.֎ Please credit me for the creation of the base, if using toyhouse to credit me, credit my assets/base account OrganicallyMade as to not clutter my main account.֎ You may modify and edit the base as much as you want.֎ you are allowed to price your adopts as much you like.֎ You may not resell the base to others, nor is it encouraged to give out the bases to people for free.

A: Terms of service are the legal agreements between a service provider and a person who wants to use that service.Q: How can I pay you?
A: You can pay me via PayPal.Q: I what if I want a refund?
A: I accept refunds during the art process, but the deeper I am in the drawing the less you'll get back, for example: If I were to draw you a fullbody and you paid $30 for it and you wanted a refund while I only had the sketch done you'd get $20 back.Q: What if I don't have a paypal?
A: Sometimes I'll do voucher commissions which means you can buy me a certain item I want in exchange for a drawing around the same price range.Q: Can I commission you to do fanart?
A: Yes! I do not mind drawing fanart, just depends on the series.Q: Can I commission you to do sexual NSFW
A: Yes I am open to doing sexual artwork! Just contact me about that as I have a different set of price ranges for that.Q: How will I be sure you will draw in the style I want?
A: I have multiple styles so just send some images of my previous works you liked and I'll draw in that style.Q: Will you draw in a style that is not your own?
A: Depends on the style, I won't do other artists' styles but I might consider doing styles of known series.Q: Can I edit the artwork you made me?
A: Yes! Just don't claim the work to be your own.Q: Can I use a drawing of yours as an icon?
A: You can't use any commissioned work of mine as an icon but you may make a drawing of mine an icon if its from one of my series, or if its fanart. Just please credit me!Q: What if I were to give a blacklisted user a design of yours by mistake?
A: That's fine, but if you continue to give a blacklisted user designs after being made aware of them being a blacklisted user, you will be blacklisted yourself as to not allow these users to have loopholes.
